When the company was formed over 15 years ago it was because of direct personal experience of the difficulty in securing good quality care for our founder’s family. When Home Instead Senior Care came to the UK over 5 years ago this situation was repeated when Trevor Brocklebank struggled to find quality care for his Grandfather.
As is the case with many Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners, Dale and Diana Bevington have personal experience of the problems that arise when dealing with ageing family members. Dale’s father was diagnosed with vascular dementia and Dale and his family were faced with the problems of many families in the same situation – finding the right help. This experience was a major reason why Dale and Diana established Home Instead in Barnet.
