Yoga for MS

The Yoga for MS group meet at the Larkhill Centre in Timperley village every Thursday at 1.30-2.30pm and for those that want to join there is a cuppa and chat afterwards in a smaller side room. Everyone is welcome and it’s a great opportunity to share experiences, tips or just have a chat and a giggle.
Research shows that yoga can improve both cognitive function, mood, and general quality of life for people living with MS. All the students have varying levels of mobility and the class accommodates both mat-based & chair based postures, as well as breathwork & meditation. The class costs £3.50 and there is a small fee for cuppa and chat.
