Bryn and Jill Evans began their careers in care over 15 years ago when they first opened their Home Instead offices.

At the time, they had just 2 employees. Now, they employ over 150 professionals in care.

In her role as General Manager, Alison works closely with the teams in recruitment, retention, marketing and business development to drive change, growth, and innovation, all whilst supporting our team of Care Professionals along their journey in care.

Kerry is passionate about care and helping her community.

In her role, she is dedicated to maintaining an exceptional quality of care for both our clients and Care Pros.

In her scheduling role, Molly ensures that clients receive consistency and quality of care, as well as being a valuable support system for the team of Care Professionals in Barnsley.

Sharon is a valued member of the team with a real passion for care, having previously cared for her father prior to beginning her career in care.

In her time with Home Instead, Alison’s people-skills have shown her to be a superb recruiter and a great asset to the team.

She strives herself on her mission to, “make a difference to someone else and give them a chance”.

Alison oversees the recruitment drive across Sheffield, striving to recruit the right people with the right heart to work in care.

Having worked in care before, Cheryl is passionate about providing outstanding quality of care for our clients.

Bernice has been with us since 2009, just a few years after we opened our offices.

Pauline started with us as a Care Professional, a role that she still holds in addition to her part-time accounts role.

The dual nature of her job enables her to be a part of the Care Professional team as well as working with Bernice in accounts as part of the office team

Lynette joined the team having had 25 years of experience in retail management. She felt a change in career was what she really needed.

In a new role, Elaine will be working within the training department, assisting with onboarding brand new Care Professionals and supporting them on their learning journeys.

Emily is brand new to care, and has a background in creative writing and storytelling. She's excited to use her skills to share the wonderful stories of our clients and Care Professionals.

Sarah is a Registered Nurse, who oversees the Training Centre of Excellence and delivers all training to our Care Professionals. She is new to the team, and excited to watch the project expand.
