Tailored Home Care in Thurgoland
As part of our brand new Healthcare At Home scheme, our Care Professionals can take over delegated specialist healthcare activities such as stoma, catheter care and diabetes monitoring, helping you to manage long term health conditions from the comfort of your own home.
Our Training Centre of Excellence provides inhouse training opportunities for our Care Professionals, to upskill them in specialist healthcare activities. This means we can cover a wider variety of care, including delegated activities from the NHS, speeding up hospital discharge times and getting you home sooner.
