Our support goes beyond basic housekeeping – we’re a kind and caring bunch and we’ll notice if medications need attention, we’ll check the cupboards are well-stocked, and make sure the post isn’t accumulating. A regular Care Professional gets to know you, your routines and preferences, spotting if something needs attention. One client’s son told us: “The care staff are all really good and always complete what’s required. The office team acts quickly on requests.” This attentive approach helps families feel confident about their loved one’s wellbeing.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Many families tell us how valuable our updates are through our care app. As one niece shared: “Living over 200 miles away, the app is brilliant – we can log in and see a concise report of the service provided.” Another family member noted how we’re “always prepared to help with any enquiry.” We keep communication open and honest, so families always know how their loved one is managing.
