Annual satisfaction survey
Every year Home Instead commissions a survey amongst its clients to gauge satisfaction with their care services, and amongst its staff to gauge employee satisfaction.
The survey is conducted anonymously by independent engagement specialists WorkBuzz, who contact both clients and employees with probing questions and invitations to comment.
The results have once again put us in the top five percent of health and social care companies nationwide for employee satisfaction, demonstrating how attention to the wellbeing of our team leads to truly exceptional client care.
Advocacy Score
The 5-Star accreditation was the result of our “Advocacy Score” of 94, which was WorkBuzz’s overall mark showing how supportive an employer we are and put us in that top 5% bracket.
Amongst the many statistics was that 98% of care staff said they were proud to work for Home Instead and 93% said they would recommend Home Instead as a great place to work.
We offer home care and live-in care services based upon carers really getting to know their clients, across north Hampshire.

Those who receive the company’s care were also surveyed, leading to exceptionally high satisfaction scores. These include 100% of clients saying their carers arrive on time and make them feel safe, and 95% of clients saying their carers had an excellent understanding of their care needs.
One review from a client reads: “They seem to have found those ‘Goldilocks’ qualities of having excellent skills, knowledge and efficiency appropriate to the job, while being kindness itself, not only to my husband who needs the care but also in offering much needed support to me. I could not ask for more”.
