Looking after someone’s home means understanding their personal routines and preferences. Our Care Professionals take time to learn exactly how clients like things done – whether that’s knowing which local shops they prefer for groceries or how they like their washing folded. These regular visits also give us a chance to spot if something needs attention, like checking the fridge is well-stocked with nutritious meals or making sure the post isn’t piling up. It’s these little observations that help families feel confident their loved ones are managing well.
The difference this practical and heartfelt support makes comes through in our client feedback. James shared on Trustpilot how our team created “a warm and supportive environment,” while Anita noted how her father could “maintain his independence without feeling he was imposing.” We’ve seen how keeping on top of household tasks whilst offering companionship helps clients feel more relaxed and in control – whether it’s having clean sheets each week or knowing the fridge is always well-stocked.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home.
