Sharing the results of our annual client and Care Professional survey
In November last year, nearly 21,000 clients, Care Pros and Key Players across the UK were invited to give feedback via the annual independent survey run by Workbuzz. All of the results are then broken down and shared with each individual Home Instead office.
This year Home Instead Beverley & Hull have maintained our excellent scores to position ourselves as high-quality providers of care, and excellent employers. A few highlights from our local surveys are as follows.

The level of service provided was excellent. All the carers were friendly, polite and professional. If a new carer was ever used then they either shadowed another carer first or the supervisor accompanied them. They ensured that all of the agreed activities were carried out and any changes were quickly sorted out. They treat my mum with dignity and respect at all times and I thoroughly recommend them. – Clive
As for our Care Professionals, they were asked lots of questions about work life balance, how prepared the feel for the role, whether they feel valued, wellbeing, and plenty more.
As a result of the scores from our Care Professional survey we have been awarded the 5 Star Employer award by Workbuzz for the 5th year in a row.
While we are immensely proud of our results, we recognise that there are always things that we can do better. We take the results of our survey very seriously and if just one client or Care Pro feel that something isn’t as good as it should be, we want to make it better. Mandy and the rest of the Key Player team will be reviewing the detailed results of both the client and Care Pro surveys over the next few weeks to create an action plan for making things even better for our clients and Care Pros going forward.
