With many of our Care Professionals based in East Hull, we are able to respond in a timely manner to the growing needs of our clients and new care enquiries. If a client becomes unwell, we can arrange additional support promptly, ensuring they receive the care they require until they recover. Our services range from just a couple of visits per week for companionship and peace of mind for family members who don’t live local, to full-time, round-the-clock care, tailored to help clients maintain their independence and remain in the comfort of their own home. Whatever the need, we are committed to delivering flexible and responsive care for all our clients.
Sutton and Kingswood are wonderful places to grow older, with many amenities and a strong community spirit. However, as we age, accessing these services can present challenges. Tasks like shopping at popular spots such as Kingswood Retail Park, can become difficult due to no longer being able to drive, parking and walking distances. Our Care Pros would be happy to support clients with their shopping, often stopping for a cup of tea and a cake at a café. We also assist with attending GP appointments and collecting medications from local pharmacies. We aim to support our clients to maintain independence for as long as possible, and staying connected to their local community is a vital part of supporting this goal.

As the only care provider in East Yorkshire to win the Homecare.co.uk “Top 20” Award for 4 years in succession, we’re confident that our Care Pros provide the highest quality care in Sutton. With visits of at least one-hour and a consistent, small team assigned to the same clients each week, we ensure reliable and high-quality support. The office is located in Beverley, which is accessible to all our Care Pros, which allows our team to be well supported by the office staff, both in the field and at the office. We are committed to the ongoing development of our team, offering regular training to keep their skills current and equip them with specialised knowledge, such as care for clients with catheters, stomas, or compression stockings.
Many of our clients have spent much of their adult lives in Sutton, making the area very familiar to them. Staying connected to the community is essential in helping decrease loneliness and enhancing overall well-being. A simple drive or walk into one of the local high streets such as Hull City Centre or Cottingham, with one of our Care Professionals can bring back cherished memories. We actively support clients in attending local activities, such as the Alzheimer’s Society singing group at Beverley Minster, as well as lunch clubs, coffee mornings, and various activity groups at Toll Gavel Church and the Armstrong Centre, fostering both social interaction and a sense of belonging.
