Our relationship-led approach centres on three key principles that make a real difference. Firstly we take the time to really get to know your individual needs and preferences and provide quality care without feeling rushed. Secondly, you’ll see the same friendly faces each time, building the kind of trust that helps people feel confident trying new things or rekindling old hobbies. Third, our Care Professionals don’t wear uniforms – because walking along Bexhill’s promenade, visiting the historic Battle Abbey, or enjoying lunch out at a Blackbrooks Garden Centre feels more natural with a friend than a uniformed carer. These thoughtful touches set us apart, and genuinely help our clients feel much more like themselves.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Families tell us on homecare.co.uk how these friendships enrich lives. One client shared: “All the carers are very understanding of my needs and are not patronising in any way. They allow me to do as much for myself as possible and do not step in until necessary. They are all very kind, caring and have a good sense of humour.” Another noted: “It hasn’t felt like care at all. At least, not what I thought care would feel like. I’ve actually really enjoyed it.”
