After helping to care for her father with dementia and struggling to find good care, Tara and her team have been helping clients and families across Blackpool and Wyre to received outstanding support and care in their own homes since 2013.

You and your colleagues are nothing less than angels who enable her to live in her own home, something she clearly wants, and maintain the health and quality of life she has.
