From companionship to complex specialist care, our experienced and dedicated team can provide all non- medical support and receive the necessary training when the client needs are changing. We are especially proud of the progress we have made with several clients living with Dementia and the positive impact we have achieved through understanding how each person is uniquely affected. We work closely with healthcare providers including Sudbury Community Health Centre and the Dementia Intensive Support Team along with the clients’ GP surgery to ensure comprehensive care that can often begin within two weeks of the initial consultation meeting. Our senior care professionals have specialist experience in conditions such as Parkinson’s.
We provide all the essential services to meet our clients’ needs, including medication administration, personal care, home help, mobility support, and meal preparation. In addition to these core services, we remain vigilant to our clients’ broader needs, ensuring they have access to regular GP check-ups at Siam Surgery, Church Field Road, optician appointments at Specsavers, Cornard Road, and prescription renewals at North Street Pharmacy. We assist with scheduling hair appointments, grocery shopping at Waitrose, as well as addressing essential home maintenance tasks. This may include issues with telephone or broadband services, stairlift or boiler servicing and ensuring that every aspect of our clients’ lives runs smoothly

We are committed to excellence and always carefully match our care professionals to each client and maintain this continuity. Visits are minimum one hour which ensures our services are never rushed. Our CQC “Good”, Google Five Star and our impressive 9.9/10 Homecare.co.uk ratings along with our Client Testimonials all reflect this. Our team’s commitment to excellence is rooted in their extensive training, expertise and dedication to compassionate care. All our Care Professionals will hold the Care Certificate after their first 3 months at Home Instead and many specialise in areas such as Dementia and Parkinson’s care. One client suffers with acute anxiety and her team has undergone specialist training from an NHS Mental Health Professional
As a team we are active members of the community and support local events like the Dementia Café Support group hosted by The Bridge Project Monday mornings or the Shared Reading Group at Sudbury Library where we will offer to take our clients. For those with an eye for culture the recently refurbished Gainsborough House can be a stimulating outing with adequate wheelchair access. We publish our What’s on Where Guide twice a year and this features information on local groups, events and activities which occur weekly or monthly. This guide is very valuable to our care professionals and has been very popular with many local health service providers and community support groups
