We offer everything from companionship and household assistance to specialist dementia care and complex support for conditions like Parkinson’s. In Kemptown, we tailor our support to the unique character of the area, often incorporating local landmarks and amenities into our care plans. For instance, clients may enjoy a visit to the Sea Life Centre, a walk through Queen’s Park with its serene gardens and wildlife, or a cup of hot chocolate in the Sea Lane cafe. Our partnerships with local healthcare providers, such as Ardingly Court Surgery, Pavilion Surgery, and Regency Surgery, allow us to deliver seamless, all-round support.
Kemptown has excellent transport links and frequent bus services like the number 12 and number 700, so our Care Professionals can assist clients with activities beyond their immediate surroundings. For example, our Care Professional Becky regularly takes her client Deidre on the number 12 bus from Old Steine Gardens to the Marina. They travel along Marine Parade, enjoying coastal views from the top deck, before doing Deidre’s shopping and enjoying a cup of coffee in Laughing Dog Café at Brighton Marina. On the bus ride, Deidre reminisces about her favourite memories of Brighton Pier, recalling her childhood excitement at riding the helter-skelter. These outings not only nurture Deidre’s independence but also boost her overall wellbeing.

Our team’s commitment to excellence is rooted in their extensive training, expertise and dedication to compassionate care. Many of our Care Professionals hold the Care Certificate and specialise in areas such as dementia and Parkinson’s care. We prioritise continuity, ensuring the same Care Professionals visit clients at the same time on chosen days. This approach creates trust, builds meaningful relationships, and allows us to provide unrushed care during visits that last a minimum of one hour. Our efforts have earned us a 9.9/10 rating on Homecare.co.uk and an Outstanding CQC rating for responsiveness, alongside awards such as the Brighton and Hove Business Awards for Customer Service in 2021.
Beyond one-on-one care, we are dedicated to enriching the broader Kemptown community. We host weekly Love to Move and Time to Chat sessions, offering gentle chair-based exercises and social time for older adults at locations across Brighton and Hove. Our dementia-friendly Tea and Something Lovely events bring joy through live entertainment, tea, and cake. To further support the community, we publish biannual What’s on Where guides, signposting local activities and resources for older adults. Kemptown’s strong sense of community and vibrant local culture, combined with the exceptional care we provide, ensures our clients can continue to enjoy a fulfilling life in this lively area.
