PEAQ, which stands for Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality, is an annual survey designed to gather genuine feedback from our clients and Care Professionals. These insights guide us in improving our services and ensuring we provide exceptional care tailored to our clients’ and team’s needs.

We’ve improved overall compared to last year, which is a testament to the hard work of our office team and Care Professionals who consistently uphold our high standards.
