What makes our day care special is how we tailor activities to each person’s interests and abilities. Our Care Professionals, many of whom drive, can take clients for a stroll along Ramsgate Harbour, join them in their favourite hobbies at home, or support rehabilitative exercises recommended by healthcare professionals. These unhurried visits last at least an hour, giving plenty of time for meaningful activities that maintain skills and boost confidence. For clients living with dementia, we include gentle reminiscence activities that help maintain precious memories and create moments of joy.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

One family member shared how their loved one “forms really strong relationships and still talks very fondly” about their Care Professionals, while another noted how we’ve helped maintain their mother’s independence through “regular carers who know her well.” We see how these consistent, engaging visits help prevent loneliness and keep people connected to what matters to them.
