A well-maintained home plays a vital role in staying independent. During visits, our Care Professionals might help sort through the post, keep the fridge stocked, or tackle light housekeeping tasks that have become a bit more challenging. They’re also trained to notice important changes – perhaps the food shop from last week hasn’t been eaten, or the garden suddenly seems overwhelming. By building trusting relationships, we often spot potential concerns early, providing valuable peace of mind for families.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

They also help with general housework.” Like many families, this client values both the practical support and the watchful eye our Care Professionals provide.

Supporting independence at home requires more than cleaning skills. Our Burton team, led by Laura, ensures every Care Professional completes comprehensive training in understanding the ageing process and recognising early signs of health changes. This specialist knowledge means they can provide practical help while monitoring overall wellbeing. Regular supervision and ongoing training maintain these high standards of support.
Beyond maintaining comfortable homes, we connect clients with local activities that enrich daily life. Many clients enjoy having their homes spruced up before attending our singing for well-being sessions at Stretton Priory Centre or joining friends at the Wood Street Day Centre. Our Care Professionals often help prepare for family visits or seasonal celebrations, ensuring homes are welcoming spaces for making precious memories.
