Every home tells its own story, which is why we take time to understand each person’s routines and preferences. Whether it’s preparing favourite meals, keeping the garden tidy and bird feeder topped up, or managing daily tasks like laundry and shopping, our Care Professionals work alongside clients in a way that maintains their sense of control and dignity. We believe in doing things with rather than for clients, keeping familiar routines while providing that extra pair of hands that makes tasks more manageable.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

The impact of thoughtful home help resonates in our homecare.co.uk reviews. One client’s daughter recently shared: “They are reliable and friendly… this gives peace of mind to the family that he is being well cared for when we are not able to visit.” Another noted how our support made all the difference when family members couldn’t be there regularly, ensuring their loved one maintained a comfortable, well-organised home environment.

Under Brian McFarlane’s leadership, our Care Professionals bring warmth and attention to detail to every visit. We train our team to notice the little things that matter – whether the post needs sorting, medications need collecting, or if the cupboards are running low on essentials. Through our Care App, families stay updated on these daily observations, while our responsive office team is always available to adjust support or offer guidance as needs change.
Our team meets with the Parkinson’s Group in Bury St Edmunds on the first Tuesday of each month, and previously we raised £400 at our St Edmundsbury Cathedral Christmas market stall. The dementia café at Davers Court runs on the 1st Monday of the month from 10am -12pm, where families can speak with healthcare advisors and social workers about local support. We publish a What’s On Where guide, listing everything from coffee mornings to exercise classes across West Suffolk.
