Every night brings different needs – from gentle reassurance to help with medication or mobility in the night. Our lovely Care Professionals understand that overnight support is about finding the right balance between being there when needed while respecting privacy and rest. For some, it’s about having someone in the room nearby for peace of mind, while other clients might need regular support throughout the night with personal care or comfort. We take time to understand sleep patterns, preferred routines and any specific health needs, creating a care plan that helps support each client to continue living at home.

Under owner Brian McFarlane’s leadership, our Care Professionals receive specialist training in supporting clients overnight, including our City & Guilds assured dementia programme and specific training for conditions like Parkinson’s. Understanding both the practical and emotional aspects of night-time care means we can support even complex conditions. Our local office team ensures seamless coordination between day and night care, maintaining clear communication with families throughout.
Alongside supporting the Parkinson’s Group in Bury St Edmunds, we give regular talks about dementia and scam awareness at social groups across West Suffolk. We’re often at the Friends Cafés in Hopton and Norton, and helped secure funding for The Honeypot Café in Great Barton. Our team also raised money at St Edmundsbury Cathedral Christmas market for local care projects.
