Here at Home Instead Cannock and Burntwood, we aim to link in with the community as much as possible. We regularly go to schools to talk to young people about working with older people as a career. We also have a partnership with Age UK and have a ‘Be A Santa Scheme’ where we collect donations for older people to ensure they have a gift at Christmas. We have held our annual tea dance to raise money for Home Instead Charities and we hold a weekly Memory Café at Cannock library in partnership with Staffordshire Libraries. It is important to us that we maintain a profile in our local communities and are not just seen as a business. We are the people who will find a way to help and support if we can.
