The Cannock & Burntwood Palliative Care team, here to help every step of the way

Palliative care at home is a holistic type of care which focuses on improving the quality of life for those with chronic, serious or life-limiting illnesses. Care may be planned to address pain, symptoms and emotional support as well as providing personal care. Individuals at any stage of a chronic illness may need our support and we can step in at short notice for as long as the care and support is required. Palliative care is not end of life care, but we can and do deliver support in those situations.
