We carefully choose the best Care Professionals to be part of our community – those with natural empathy and kindness. We understand the importance of familiarity, which is why our Care Professionals don’t wear uniforms when they visit or accompany clients on trips to nearby places. Our specialist expertise includes supporting clients living with dementia and Parkinson’s Disease, with ongoing training provided by our owner, who brings valuable nursing experience to the team.
Clients regularly share positive stories of how we have supported them and their loved ones. One client’s son shared how his mother enjoys her visits from our Care Professionals, who are “very responsive to her needs.” He also praised our “fantastic customer service” and flexibility. Sue, one client’s daughter, echoed this, stating that her parents “feel comfortable and relaxed when the carers are in their home” and that “’the carers are always cheerful and brighten up their day.” These testimonials show how our care goes beyond meeting physical needs to providing emotional support and companionship.
