Structured support during daytime hours can make all the difference to living well at home. Rather than attending a day centre, our professional support comes to you – whether you’re in Canterbury, Faversham, Herne Bay, or Whitstable. What sets us apart is our focus on creating meaningful days, shaped by your interests and routines rather than institutional timetables. As a CQC-regulated provider and a top client satisfaction score on homecare.co.uk, we bring professional expertise with a distinctly personal touch.

Professional care shouldn’t mean losing independence. Morning support might involve assistance with washing and dressing, followed by enjoying breakfast at your own pace. As the day continues, your Care Professional could help with light exercise recommended by your physiotherapist, for example, accompany you to local appointments at the GP, or support favourite hobbies – from crosswords to planting bulbs in the local allotment garden. One client explains it best: “After attending to the important tasks, they have been happy to chat with us about their and our lives, putting the world to rights.”
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.
Companionship care
We carefully match Care Professionals with clients to ensure a meaningful bond is created.
Home help & meal prep
Keeping the home environment clean, safe, and nourishing with home-cooked meals.
Personal care
Assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, always respecting the dignity of your loved one.
Mobility support
Helping your loved one move around their home safely, including transfers and positioning.
Health appointment management
We support you to attend those important health appointments.
Community engagement
We enable you to continue to do the things you enjoy, be it a visit to the garden centre or your local art group.
Transportation
Assistance getting you from A to B, whether it be to go visit a friend or help with your shopping.
Medication management
Ensuring medicines are taken correctly and on time, supporting overall health.
Supporting independence at home requires understanding the whole person. A family recently shared: “They are keen to get to know my grandmother and look after her. They spend quality time with her. They get to know what she likes and doesn’t like.” This attention to individual preferences helps create days filled with purpose and enjoyment, rather than simply passing time.
