Our support might begin with helping with a bit of housework, laundry or making a nice healthy meal together, but it often develops into something more meaningful. As one client shared: “After attending to the important tasks such as controlling medicines, ironing and light housework, they have been happy to chat with us about their and our lives, putting the world to rights.” Whether you need an hour a week or support across several days, we carefully tailor our home care services around what works best for you.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Health appointment management
We support you to attend those important health appointments.
Community engagement
We enable you to continue to do the things you enjoy, be it a visit to the garden centre or your local art group.

The difference our approach makes shows in our clients’ experiences. One family member shared on homecare.co.uk (a national review site): “Mother has three hours of care a day… Her carer is very kind and understanding. She’s established a good relationship with mother and mother chats with her. The flat is also looking good under her care.” It’s this combination of maintaining a comfortable home while building genuine relationships that sets our service apart.

This means we can respond quickly if you need to adjust your support or have any questions. As one client’s son shared: “My mother feels at ease and is well looked after both with personal care and generally managing around the house.”
Being well-connected in our local community helps us provide additional reassurance. Through our regular ‘Key to Care’ sessions and digital awareness workshops, we help clients stay informed about local services and support available.
