In April we were pleased to have Jo Crovini – Joanne Crovini Cardiff Nutritional Therapist | Home (cardiffnutritionist.co.uk) come along to our MenoPals Rhiwbina session.

She’s a Nutritional Therapist with over a decade of experience in supporting clients to achieve their health goals, with practical advice, that fits in with lifestyle and commitments.

She helps you to become the best version of you.

She explained how eating the right foods can help us to cope with our menopause symptoms.

Her approach is not to stop eating anything, but to add healthy nutritious food into our daily intake.

This often means we are feeling fuller, for longer, so tend to reach for unhealthy snacks less often.

Our group had lots of questions and left with free collagen samples and access to a free information webinar.
