Fancy Footwork At Whitchurch Memory Café

In September, we had a wonderful Rise session based around football.

We enjoyed an array of games to help us with our body movement, eye sight, balance and response times.

With quick bursts of quizzes to use our brains, the session was a good all round fitness experience with lots of fun.

In the final game both teams drew as they were equally brilliant.

Our guest speakers were Charis and Helen from the Centre of Sign, Sight, and Sound  – Live Well with Hearing Loss – Centre of Sign Sight Sound

along with Helen from Admiral Nurses – Admiral Nurses | Dementia Homes | Royal British Legion

If you would like to join us at our Whitchurch Memory café, contact Chrissy on – [email protected] or call 02920 569483 to find our more.
