Home Instead Cardiff Supports Wellbeing Fair

In February, we attended the Wellbeing Fair held at the Western Leisure Centre in Cardiff.

It was organised by Cardiff South West Cluster to support the patients who attend the GP surgeries contained within that group.

As a home care provider covering Cardiff, Penarth and Barry, we work tirelessly in the community to help local people to live happy, healthy and connected lives.

We are committed to the NHS aims of prevention of ill health, as we often have clients and their families coming to us in a state of crisis.

Our award winning home care services will support people to stay healthier for longer and so lessen the need to access NHS care.

All our community groups are free and available for both our clients and the wider community.
