MenoPals Peer Support

In January there were peer support sessions at both Sully and Rhiwbina sessions.

Whilst it’s wonderful to have guest speakers along, it’s also valuable to have the time and space to share experiences and turn to the group for ideas and support.

Both sessions were very well used and those that attended said they had gained a lot from the experience.

As a home care provider in Cardiff, Penarth and Barry we know how the menopause can affect many women, and the experience can be especially tricky to navigate if caring for an ageing parent or loved one.
