MenoPals Rhiwbina Support Session
In June MenoPals in Rhiwbina did not have a guest speaker, so dedicated the session to peer support.
The topics were varied and we realised how different all of our needs were, not to mention the differing support on offer from local GP surgeries.
We looked at where interests were in terms of guest speakers and our supporting Cardiff Nutritionist will be returning to our group on Tuesday 8th October.
It wasn’t just the menopause symptoms we shared, but also the effects of our ageing bodies, on our self-image and confidence.
