Wellbeing Day In Llanishen
In September we were invited to have an information stall at the wellbeing event held at the Llanishen Leisure Centre.
The public and other stall holders alike, loved hearing about our free community groups and excellent homecare provision.
As menopause friendly employers we are proud to sponsor MenoPals – a local menopause support group.
Emma Thomas, one of the founders, joined us to give free information and support to those with menopause symptom issues.
