We provide personal care across Nottingham, West Bridgford and Long Eaton, helping with everything from getting ready in the morning to preparing for a good night’s sleep. Our approach is warm and professional, taking the time to understand exactly how you like things done. Each visit lasts at least an hour, giving our Care Professionals plenty of time to support you properly with washing, dressing, personal grooming, and even some of our specialist services like nail care – all delivered in the comfort of your own home.

Whether it’s knowing how you like your hair styled, which clothes you prefer to wear, or understanding the little details that make you comfortable during personal care, our regular team will support you exactly as you wish. We take time to build trust and understanding, making what can feel like a difficult situation much more comfortable.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Our Care Professionals complete thorough, hands-on training in personal care, led by our experienced management team including Natasha Warren, who brings over 20 years of healthcare expertise. We provide specialist training in supporting clients with various needs, including our City & Guilds accredited programmes. This helps ensure our Care Professionals understand not just the practical aspects of personal care, but also the importance of dignity, respect and emotional support during these intimate tasks.
Being well-connected in the Nottingham community means we’ve built strong relationships with local GPs, district nurses and pharmacists, making it easier to provide joined-up support for our clients. We regularly host information sessions at the Sir Julian Cahn Pavilion and work closely with local healthcare providers. Our Care Professionals can help you stay connected with these services, whether it’s arranging appointments or supporting you to access additional care when needed. We’ve also introduced our specialist nail care service, providing professional nail and foot care in the comfort of your own home.
