The Care Consultation is the first opportunity for us to meet your loved one in their own home. Usually lasting an hour or so, this is a comprehensive visit with the family to discuss your loved one’s wishes and needs, the outcomes to be achieved, and more details about how our care is organised.

We’ll discuss your loved one’s medications, past history and current situation. We’ll learn more about their hobbies and passions- allowing us to match them with one or more of our professional CAREGivers who share the same interests.

Lastly, we’ll review common questions including how the scheduling process works, the costs of care, and how we’ll provide cover in case a CAREGiver is unable to visit.
