Our owner and managing director, Charlotte, leads with warmth, dedication, and the belief that home care should feel just like family. But for Charlotte, this isn’t just a philosophy—it’s her reality. Her mother, Deb, is one of our dedicated Care Professionals, providing compassionate support to our clients every day. And following in their footsteps is Charlotte’s daughter, Tallulah, who spends her school holidays gaining work experience in the office, helping with admin, networking, and—most importantly—making sure the team, care professionals who come in, and visitors do not go without a lovely cup of tea!
