Michelle is responsible for the welfare of both staff and clients and ensuring that all care quality standards are met and maintained.

Becky is our Dementia Ambassador & Dignity Champion. Her role as Trainer is to ensure all of our Care Professionals have the best training and support to be happy and confident in the care they deliver.

Lisa has worked in care since 1999 and joined Home Instead in 2017 as a Care Pro. Lisa has now progressed from Office Support to her current role as Field Supervisor where she carries out consultations and reviews to ensure up-to-date support is being delivered.
