The quality of our care makes a real difference to families. As one client’s daughter shared: “Home Instead do a wonderful job looking after Mum. Without exception, the caregivers are kind and caring, building strong and trusting relationships. As well as preparing meals and carrying out tasks in the house, the caregivers take Mum out on short walks or to the local café which she really enjoys.”

Our Care Professionals bring rich life experience to their roles – they’re former teachers, nurses, and people who’ve raised families of their own. We carefully match them based on shared interests and personalities because we believe great care starts with genuine connections. When selecting our team, we always ask ourselves: “Would I trust this person to care for my own mum or dad?” It’s why many of our Care Professionals have been with us for over a decade.
As proud Chesterfield Champions and active members of the local community, we understand what makes our area special. Our team’s exceptional local knowledge means we can help clients stay connected to community life, whether that’s attending local events or exploring favourite spots. From our summer parties to community initiatives, we’re committed to making every day meaningful for the people we support.
