“I’m a 92-year-old gentleman living on my own and use Home Instead four times a week. I am independent but having carers helps me stay this way! The carers are friendly and helpful and it is a pleasure to have them visit. They’re excellent at using their initiative to find other things I may need help with.” – E.P., Chichester. It’s feedback like this that shows how our approach to unhurried, relationship-led care makes a real difference.
