Margaret has been the driving force behind Move it or Lose it! with Margaret, leading fantastic classes that brings people together to stay active, improve their well-being, and most importantly, have fun! Her dedication to supporting older adults in maintaining mobility, strength, and confidence is truly inspiring.

Through her sessions, Margaret has helped so many people feel more connected, healthier, and happier. Her warm, welcoming approach ensures that everyone, no matter their ability, feels included and supported. She is a true champion of community spirit, and we could not be more grateful for the work she has done and for being able to work alongside her on many community events that Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley has shared in the past.
