We must take this opportunity before the year ends to celebrate the amazing NHS England West Lancashire District Nurses, who have truly earned the title of our Community Stars of the Month for December! Pictured receiving their certificates and gift hampers with our Registered Care Manager and Deputy Care Manager. Teams, from Clayton House and Bickerstaffe House, of dedicated community professionals who go above and beyond every day, demonstrating exceptional dedication, compassion, and care for those in our community.

The work they do is vital, from providing expert medical care to offering reassurance and support to individuals and their families.

Whether it is making home visits, offering vital support to those with complex medical needs, or simply providing a listening ear, the West Lancashire District Nurses are there, ensuring everyone feels cared for, valued, and supported.
