“An outstanding service. My Dad was trying a care home, and after a few months, he decided he was not ready to stay but needed care. At my request, the manager from Home Instead visited him before he returned home. After talking with Dad, she arranged for three male carers to visit him. She also educated me on some of the problems I was having and explained how she could help. She was the first person who not only understood my problems but provided me with actual solutions. Initially, Dad thought he did not need carers but after a few weeks, he looked forward to the visits as the carers became his good friends.
