A client’s daughter shared on homecare.co.uk: “From the very first visit, the staff were able to put them at ease. All the staff are extremely helpful, respectful and caring. All team members are introduced to their clients by another team member before doing a solo visit.” Another family noted: “The carers treated my father as a real individual rather than as a task to be completed. Their professional care and compassion gave my mother the ability to remain in the home she loved.”

Led by our owner, Stephanie Davies, Care Professionals receive comprehensive, multi-day training across a broad range of care needs. Jennifer, our registered manager with over 20 years of experience, ensures our team is skilled in complex needs, including dementia, Parkinson’s, and medication management. Our office team provides round-the-clock support, managing schedules and arranging seamless cover, while maintaining the consistent, familiar faces our clients value.
We are highly involved in the local community, so our team regularly participates in Pontyclun’s Café 50 sessions and supports the Dementia-Friendly Cowbridge initiative, keeping up-to-date with local support services. We’ve built strong relationships within our community, from working with Pontyclun Community Council to joining local Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walks. This active local involvement means we can help connect our clients with additional support services and social activities that complement their personal care, whether that’s local exercise groups or community coffee mornings.
