Each package is carefully designed to meet the specific needs of our clients, allowing them to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Our Care Professionals at Home Instead go beyond standard caregiving; they are community members who have a profound understanding of our clients’ unique requirements. We focus on recruiting individuals from local areas, ensuring that the care we offer is personalised and rooted in local expertise. Our Care Professionals undergo our person-centred training programme, providing them with the competencies and assurance needed to deliver superior support. This thorough training and their familiarity with the community empower them to cultivate meaningful connections with clients, enhancing trust and companionship in their care experience.

Since nearly all of our Care Professionals drive, we can assist with attending medical appointments, going shopping, or visiting family members locally. Nail care will be available soon, and we can also make referrals to Occupational Therapists, physiotherapists, and arrange for home maintenance, such as key safes, profiling chairs, or any online shopping needs. Essentially, we act as a trusted family member when family cannot be present due to personal commitments or if they are abroad.
