Today, we’re excited to draw a love heart around two remarkable members of our team, Karen and Jannat, whose exceptional care and dedication represent what we’re all about.
Karen Wilson: Connecting Hearts and Memories
Karen Wilson goes the extra mile to keep her clients connected with their cherished memories. Her thoughtful support for Gordon, an elderly gentleman who missed visiting the garden where his wife’s ashes are buried, came straight from the heart.
Understanding how much this meant to Gordon, Karen arranged for a photo of him and his wife to be put on canvas. She didn’t stop there; she also placed a small angel ornament and planted a rose bush on the site.
To make sure Gordon could cherish this connection every day, she framed a photo of the spot and set it up where he could see it from his favourite chair.
Karen’s kindness knows no bounds. When she learned another client couldn’t visit his father’s grave, she found and tidied the grave in her own time, and brought back a framed photo for him.
This gesture meant the world to her client.

Jannat Ansari: A Year of Outstanding Care
Jannat Ansari has been an incredible force of good for her clients, especially noted in her dedicated care for her Live In Care client, Peggy. Her commitment and hard work haven’t gone unnoticed, earning her a nomination for Care Professional of the Year and placing her in the final eight nationally.
This is a huge achievement and speaks volumes about her dedication.
