This ‘client matching’ is crucial for fostering a positive care relationship from the outset.
Once we’ve formed the perfect team, introductions are made and initial ‘shadow calls’ are conducted with Ellie to ensure everyone is comfortable with the care routine. Concurrently, we craft a Care Plan that reflects the needs and preferences discussed during the consultation. This plan is then accessible through our electronic system, Birdie, which families can view in real time, providing transparency and peace of mind.
As the visits become a regular part of the client’s routine and everything runs smoothly, the team takes full ownership of the care schedule and Ellie steps back. However, our team at Home Instead remains committed to excellent care and is always on hand for ongoing support and adjustments to the Care Plan as needed.
