Her role is to run a business that makes an incredible difference to people, their lives and their families.

Paschalina is the Registered Care Manager. She has a nursing background and specialises in Dementia.
Paschalina supports people to remain in their own homes, to flourish and have the best quality of life.
Paschalina ensures that the person is always at the centre of care.

I have been working at Home Instead for 10 years. I started as a Care Professional then moved onto weekend on call. I am now the Care Coordinator since May 2023. I have had so many wonderful memories over the 10 years and looking forward to many more.
