Expert care at home for the Ealing community

Our care services are guided by the expertise of our owner Leena, who brings over eight years of experience from Home Instead Wembley. Now providing services to the Ealing area, Leena’s team bring their exceptional care to individuals across Isleworth, Hanwell, Greenford, Perivale, Osterley, Hounslow, Brentford, and the surrounding areas. With an overall ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission and excellent review score on homecare.co.uk, families know they can trust us for quality care at home.

With in-depth training for our Care Professionals and careful collaboration with healthcare professionals, we take the time to listen and understand even complex care needs, as well as what you would like to achieve from care at home.

Meeting complex needs with care and compassion

Our client is a 26-year-old woman living with significant health challenges. Her chromosomal abnormality has led to a neurological disorder, daily seizures, profound sensory impairments, and mobility limitations. Additionally, she is registered blind, requires specialised medication management, and has limited verbal communication. These complex needs have called for a thoughtful and highly personalised approach to her care at home.

A collaborative approach to care

We believe the best care plans are built through collaboration. For this client, we worked extremely closely with her family and a range of healthcare professionals, including her NHS care team and a specialist neurological nurse. Together, we developed a comprehensive care plan that meets her medical needs while respecting her personal preferences and daily routine. The insight provided by her family was crucial in ensuring her care was not only effective but also comforting and familiar.

Our committed and highly trained Care Professionals

Providing this level of care requires the right team. We carefully selected Care Professionals with experience and training in complex and person-centred care, prioritising empathy, excellent communication skills, and adaptability. Each team member underwent in-depth training specific to the client’s medical needs, ensuring they could deliver consistent, high-quality support.

Transforming life at home and in the local community

We’re so proud of how our complex care at home alongside companionship has empowered a young woman to lead a safer and fuller life at home. She enjoys social activities at a local day centre, maintaining her independence and social connections. Regular outings, including hydrotherapy sessions, have become highlights of her week, helping her engage with the community and get out and about in her local area.

For her family, the impact has been huge. Waking night care has provided her mother with much-needed rest and peace of mind, allowing her to focus on her own health and well-being while knowing her daughter is in caring and capable hands.
