At Home Instead Ealing, we’re proud to welcome our new owners, Leena Lakhani and her husband, Vishal. With an impressive track record at Home Instead, Leena and Vishal bring with them a wealth of experience, leadership, and importantly a deep passion for home care to the Ealing community.
As Leena explains, “It’s a privilege to help people remain in the comfort of their own homes, where they feel safest and most at ease. Why should anyone have to leave the place they love just because they’re getting older? Our mission is to make living at home possible for everyone who needs support.”

As Director of our Home Instead Wembley office, Leena has more than eight years of experience successfully delivering high-quality care for our Home Instead clients. Before Home Instead, Leena was a solicitor, and her journey to home care provider stems from her desire to make a lasting positive impact on people’s lives. Leena has become an integral part of the Home Instead family and her commitment to her team and relationship-led care always shines through.
