A Positive Work Culture
At the heart of this achievement is the PEAQ survey; an annual, anonymous feedback process that gives both our Office Team and Care Professionals the chance to voice their experiences. PEAQ stands for Pride, Engagement, Advocacy, and Quality, and it’s more jthan just a questionnaire; it’s a reflection of the culture we’ve built. It tells us what we’re doing well and, more importantly, where we can do better.
Our Mission to Continuously Improve
Last year, we didn’t quite reach this milestone. Instead of standing still, we took that feedback seriously, made meaningful changes, and strengthened our commitment to our team. And that’s what makes this award so significant. It’s proof that when we listen, adapt, and support each other, we thrive.
