Walking miles for our Home Instead Charity

Some of our staff signed up to do the Kilt Walk in Edinburgh on the 15th September to hep raise funds towards our Home Instead Charity.

At the start of the year our office decided we wanted to do something to help our Home Instead Charities.

Home Instead Charities help fund local organizations and groups that help prevent loneliness within our elderly community. This is obviously something we feel very passionate about.

So with that nine of our staff set off from Musselburgh on the 11.3 mile walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Everyone completed it in under four hours and that was with some of the staff not even training.

So far we have managed to raise over £1000 and we are very grateful to all our family, friends, clients and their families for all sponsors.

It was a great day had by all, and we finished it off with a lovely curry. Now to plan our next fundraising event.
