Many of our clients start with a sleeping night service, where a Care Professional stays in your home and is there if you need them. For those who need more regular support – perhaps help moving positions or taking medication – we provide a waking night service. We take time to understand your routines and preferences, whether that’s a specific bedtime routine, help with personal care, or how you like your morning tea. This individual approach means you get exactly the right level of support.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

A Care Professional sleeps at your home overnight. This is a good option for those who don’t require much nightly supervision, but who would feel safer and more comfortable knowing there is someone sleeping nearby should they need help.
A Care Professional is awake and on duty in your home throughout the night. This is the best option for those who require more support or assistance during the night, such as with administering medication, bathroom visits, repositioning, or other issues.
Having care at home overnight means that you or your loved one can feel safe and supported within their own home, no matter what time of day or night it is. Knowing there is someone nearby helps provide peace of mind during the nighttime hours, resulting in a better night’s sleep.
