Each visit lasts at least an hour, giving plenty of time for activities that matter to our clients – whether that’s working on a hobby together, enjoying some reminiscence, or heading out to Cannon Hill Park or a local café. Many of our Care Professionals can drive, making it easier to get out and about. We focus on what each person enjoys and can do, rather than what they can’t, helping them stay active and engaged in ways that suit them best.
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of of a unique mix services to meet your needs.

Our Care Professionals come from all sorts of interesting backgrounds – from former teachers to retail managers – but they all share a natural ability to connect with others. They’re trained to support clients in different ways, from gentle exercise to memory activities, which are particularly helpful for people living with dementia. We also work closely with physiotherapists to include rehabilitative activities when needed.
Our valued connections with local organisations, clubs and events help us provide more engaging and beneficial day care. We understand how to adapt activities for people living with these long-term conditions, making each day more enjoyable and meaningful. These connections help us stay updated with the best ways to keep our clients active and engaged while supporting their independence at home.
