Allana is our general manager and has been with us since 2015. She leads the team in all that we do, making sure our clients, care givers and office team have a great experience with us. She is passionate about caring for people having worked in the industry since 1998.

Kirsty has worked for Home Instead since 2014, starting as a care professional and then moving into the office team. Kirsty is now our Head of Client experience, she is passionate about making sure that those who use our services have the best experience possible.

Kathryn has worked for Home Instead since 2016, and as our Head of Business Support she is committed to using her many years of HR and Payroll experience to ensure we maintain our Finance & Office records to the highest standard.

Beth joined Home Instead in 2019. She started as a recruitment administrator apprentice and is now our Head of Caregiver Experience. Her role is to help caregivers through their own employment journeys. Beth strives to employ caregivers who best fit our values and culture.

Joan joined Home Instead in 2017 as our Scheduler. She has 30 years’ experience in the care industry, as a career in recruitment and in scheduling roles. She strives for the best match between care professional and client, so our clients receive the best service possible.

Angie has been with Home Instead since 2023. She has 14 years experience in the care industry. Angie joined Home Instead as our Care Professional Experience Coordinator, supporting Care Professional's with their journey through Home Instead.

Karen has worked in the care industry for 25 years prior to joining Home Instead in 2022. She is now working towards her SVQ 4. Karen believes that Care should be about building relationships, promoting independence, and having empathy for our clients.
